How long does setup take?
Five minutes from sign-up to first draft. bbuddy reads your site automatically.
Do I need to install anything?
No. bbuddy runs in your browser and connects to your social accounts via OAuth.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. Onboarding is free, and you only unlock posting once your plan is active.
Working with the agent
Will it post on its own?
Only if you switch on Auto mode. The default is Review: every post needs your approval.
How do I tell it I dislike a post?
Reject or edit it. Each rejection feeds the brief; the next batch avoids the angle you killed.
Can I pause everything?
Yes. One toggle pauses posting across every channel. Resume any time.
Connecting accounts
Which platforms are supported?
X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Meta today. TikTok and YouTube on the roadmap.
Why OAuth and not a password?
OAuth keeps your password with the provider. We hold a token you can revoke any time.
How do I disconnect?
Open Account → Connected accounts and click Disconnect. Tokens are invalidated immediately.
Plans & billing
How much is bbuddy?
€120 per month, or €99 per month billed annually.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Account → Billing. You keep access until the period ends.
Do I get a refund?
For annual plans, prorated refunds within the first 14 days. Email us if you need help.
Privacy & security
Where is my data hosted?
In the European Union. See the Security page for details on encryption and isolation.
Do you train AI on my content?
No. Your library is used to draft your own posts, never used to train shared models.
How do I delete my account?
Email [email protected]. Your data is wiped within 30 days of confirmation.
AI usage & limits
What is BBT?
BBT is the unit of AI usage. Every draft, image, and automation step uses BBT from your monthly grant.
What if I run out?
AI generations pause until renewal. Already-scheduled posts keep going. No surprise overages.
Does BBT roll over?
No. BBT resets on each renewal. The grant covers daily posting for most creators.
